Was scheduled to have a heated steering wheel retrofit, but was told that the steering wheel was damaged in some way. I waited for approximately 45 minutes before being told this. Absolutely fantastic service, while I live in Charlotte for school most of the year I commute from Greensboro and I refuse to take my truck to any other service shop or dealer.
