The service aspect was great. Hector took very good care of my vehicle and myself. A oil change and tire rotation turned into a 4-wheel drive service and new struts, $3.2K bill. However, by adding insult to injury, I was charged a 3% processing fee on my credit card which is xx. I understand costs have gone up which are reflected in your increased labor charges, parts charges, etc. I have been a customer of Randy Marion for 7 years and have never been charged a 3% processing fee.
