Did not receive a call letting me know what was wrong with my truck nor did they let me know how long it was going to be at the shop. If he would have called then I would had your shop change the oil and with my truck nor did they let me know how long it was going to be at the shop. Not very happy with the service. Received feedback the last few times I went in that I had an oil leak. Agreed to to the fix per their recommendation. Spent thousands of dollars.
