I was led to believe that features I wanted on the Encore were no longer available. In order to get the color car I wanted, the dealership made me complete the paperwork before securing the car. Hence, I d were no longer available. In order to get the color car I wanted, the dealership made me complete the paperwork before securing the car. Hence, I did not get to test drive it and later found it did not have all the features I expected.... per the salesperson, they were not available. Subsequently I found they were available on the Avenir which was never offered to me. And I never gave a maximum price. I do not know why the sales team was fixated on the Sports Touring model. I did not ask for a model but for features like I had on my current Encore. More
