Hard to deal with. Sales team, although professional, are just like every auto salesperson that I've dealt with in the past. Sales consultant was very professional and helpful in choosing the right truck! Finance process was a little stressful and felt like they were pushing the warranty over providing me the best finance rat choosing the right truck! Finance process was a little stressful and felt like they were pushing the warranty over providing me the best finance rate despite my great credit. We eventually worked through the process and I received a more favorable finance rate based on my strong credit after initial declination of warranty options. More
