On our first contact online, Logan was very responsive. Came up on an initial visit to see a Yukon we had found online, but didn't have captains chairs in second row. So Logan followed up a few days later and noted the a recent vehicle had been traded in that met all of our requirements. Follow up by Logan led to our return and ultimately purchasing the 2018 Yukon Denali that met our expectations. We were able to finalize the transaction and bought the vehicle. Was told there were missing cam bolts and pins and that it would cost $750 to fix. I tried calling back but my service rep was at lunch. I left a message and never received a call back.
