Stephen Horton and Rae in finance were excellent. Detailing of the truck was terrible. Windows were not cleaned and grease marks were on many body painted parts. Bed tie town were not installed. Pulled in and no one greeted my wife. She had to seek out help. They were all seated behind counter. Also the 3% surcharge for credit cards is insulting. We already pay more to take our car to a dealer so adding 3% to the bill makes me want to start going to Woodies. More
