While there I met with a sales person to discuss leading a new car as my current lease is due to expire. Initially, the sales representative was helpful and I had a test drive. When we returned he disappear a new car as my current lease is due to expire. Initially, the sales representative was helpful and I had a test drive. When we returned he disappeared and never returned. As my car was ready and I did not see him I left. Very disappointed. I have an appointment at another Buick dealer on Monday. More
