Brandon and Joe are top notch. Did the deal online and they backed up everything that was promised. Everyone at the dealership was professional throughout my time there. The salesman informed me that they had FIND SOMEONE ELSE I found Randy Marion GMC through the GMC website while searching for a 2021 Sierra 2500. The salesman informed me that they had several 2022 2500HDs in transit. This search first started at the end of July, and he told me he was unsure I could even reserve one with a deposit as I was out of state and they wanted to make sure all of the deals occurred before the end of the month (odd). They finally allowed me to put down a non-refundable deposit in early August for a truck. At that point I had not seen a buyer's order other than what was shown online as the MSRP of the truck. Once my deposit was received, the communication began to suffer. I was having to reach out to the dealer to get updates on the delivery of the truck. I received several different dates for delivery, and found they had no idea if the truck was in Flint, Michigan or Dixiana, South Carolina. Come to find out, the truck had been sitting in South Carolina for over a week before they picked it up. I finally received a buyer's order that had several dealer installed options, with one being Resistall. I noticed this right before I was going to commit the full amount on the truck, and after discussing with Steve Vann (sales manager), he informed me he wouldn't re-negotiate our deal. He was happy to try and sell the truck to someone else if I wasn't happy with the deal we agreed to. Keep in mind they still had yet to pick up the truck and install this option. I also wasn't aware of what Resistall was prior to receiving the buyer's order, which occurred AFTER they happily took a non-refundable deposit. Make sure you understand that their stance is that every car coming out of their dealership is required to have Resistall installed, and they will shove it down your throat if you weren't aware of what it was. I have bought several cars over the years - this was the poorest transaction I've had and wouldn't recommend dealing with Randy Marion for your car buying needs. More

I made the unfortunate decision of buying a used car from the dealership and was met with lies and hidden damage in the car. The carfax showed a water leak check done at the dealer so we asked to confirm there was no issue and were guaranteed there were no issues. Now months later the headliner is destroyed due to water damage from the sunroof drains and the rear center console was completely cracked on the inside. I worked with the customer service manager but upon trying to get the issues resolved my calls and messages were ignored and never returned. Save yourself the hassle and buy a car somewhere else that takes care of their customers. More
Warning about doing business with this dealership.... I purchased a car from them last week. My sales person and I both walked around the car and checked for issues/damage/etc before I test drove the car; purchased a car from them last week. My sales person and I both walked around the car and checked for issues/damage/etc before I test drove the car; neither of us saw any defects. After completing the sale, they took the car for a wash and gas. As soon as the car returned I rushed outside to empty my traded vehicle and transfer my car seats to the new vehicle as the sky was darkening and threatening rain. It starting down-pouring as I was about 5 minutes into the processes of transferring my belongings. Several dealership employees were outside as the rain began (talking and watching as I was making the transfer) - not one single employee offered to help me. (I know they didn't have to, but when they saw me struggling with very large car seats, they could have been courteous and asked if I needed help.) The rain increased and thunder and lightening started. It was no longer safe for me to be outside the vehicle so I hurried with the transfer and got in the car to drive home. When I arrived home and upon exiting the vehicle, I noticed an extremely large wound in the sidewall of the tire and a large scrape on the wheel. I immediately sent a picture to my salesperson and said this wound was not there when we walked around the car. The salesperson texted me back and agreed that was not there upon our inspection of the vehicle. I asked if maybe the staff hit a curb or object when they took the car for a wash and/or fuel. The salesperson committed to checking with the staff and seeing what could be done. I just heard from the sales person that since I didn't see it prior to leaving they were not going to repair the tire/wheel (basically saying - yes, we knew it was there, but you didn't catch us so too bad for you). I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with a dealership that damaged a car and didn't tell owner. I am sure they were very thankful for the rain and lighting as it prevented me from walking around the car before leaving the lot. I am saddened that this business chooses to work in such a dishonest and shameful manner. More

Since my time is limited and there are so many dealerships and vehicles to choose from, I typically like to start comparing prices on the internet within a 100 mile range. You will find similar prices throughout the industry, but most dealers are happy to negotiate especially with repeat customers! After sending out inquiries to multiple dealerships, i was floored when i received the price breakdown, with all of the ridiculous fees included in the Randy Marion price! Their GM certification is $390 more than other dealers! Misc repairs 1300? They charge a repair fee to prep the vehicle for sale? Resist all fee $800? Then tax all of these fees!.... Then admin fees and sales tax! This is all before I've even made into the closing! There's no telling how many more fees you may incur by then! I would have been happy to continue business with them but this style of business and marketing is insulting and deceptive! Patrick More
I am done trying. After being told by many close acquaintances of mine that Randy Marion was a great dealership to go through with purchasing a new car, I cannot agree After being told by many close acquaintances of mine that Randy Marion was a great dealership to go through with purchasing a new car, I cannot agree at all. Specifically one acquaintance told me that they had listed the wrong price for the car and honored it for her anyway. That made me excited to do business with such a great dealership, because I am purchasing my first car. However, everything was a mess and totally false advertisement on their website. After looking at a car that they have had on their lot for already 9 months now, it has been in an accident prior, and it is listed for $13,900. They wanted to tell me they could not even budge the price, and on top of that out the door the price went up almost completely $4,000 and had a grand total of $17,497. Not to mention I had to continue to contact them to even try to work out a deal and get information on this car. Also, the website states specifically "All prices are plus tax, tag and doc. Fee", obviously that is a huge lie and false advertisement. So do not believe any of it and definitely do not waste your time, I am done wasting mine. They were friendly, however I had to reach out to them after not hearing from them when you think someone is interested in a car you would try to sell it to them. Especially not honor what you have stated on your website and try to add almost $4,000 to the price. Ridiculous. More
