I bought 2015 Lincoln Mkt from this dealership and sale guys promise to get back to me door code and missing temperature controls button but never get back to me. I called couple of times left voice messag guys promise to get back to me door code and missing temperature controls button but never get back to me. I called couple of times left voice message and text message as well but no respond. Since I am the cash buyer and out of state I believe they don’t give a dam about it. My message to all consumer either you cash buyer or finance check whole vehicle and if they promise anything to do get in writing verbally don’t mean anything. I don’t mind to pay out of pocket but the only reason. Other thing normally when u buy car from dealership they fill gas tank but RANDY GMC BUICK doesn’t. Poor management More

Absolute worst experience purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership. Sales Manager was rude and incompetent. I will try to keep this short. I went to this dealer for a used car advertised online for 23,000. After waiting 2 days for car to get back from their shop for repairs and inspect I went to this dealer for a used car advertised online for 23,000. After waiting 2 days for car to get back from their shop for repairs and inspections and then the sales staff came back with 6,000 dealer fees and add one. What a waste of time. Do deal with these clowns!!! Oh and this is the best part. After them doing not 1 but 2 pre delivery inspections the AC was not working. More

Dealership was quick to respond but after initial inquiries determined that car that was advertised for $29899 was actually almost $33000 due to dealer add-ons of $880 for a clearcoat/resist-all seal inquiries determined that car that was advertised for $29899 was actually almost $33000 due to dealer add-ons of $880 for a clearcoat/resist-all sealant and $1500 for a vehicle service as well as $899 administration fee plus sales tax on these add-ons for a Lexus with only 27000 miles. Neither of these services were disclosed until final pricing presented. Lexus seals their paint at factory and the car had a full Lexus service less than 1000 miles earlier. If dealership wants to sell for $33000, don't advertise for $29,899 as this is a bait and switch process. More

I bought this car on 6/8 with a delivery set for 6/10. I finally got my car the following week 6/14 only to have to return it as the engine, tire pressure and several other warning light came on as I was I finally got my car the following week 6/14 only to have to return it as the engine, tire pressure and several other warning light came on as I was returning the car because of the tire pressure light and a loud humming noise were coming from car. Will came and picked it up. The catalytic converter needed changed, a tire pressure sensor was replaced as well as several other repairs. I finally got my car on 6/27. I was quite frustrated and upset with all the delays, but eventually was won over when the delivered the car had hoped for in good working condition. It was a long battle but Will and Randy Marion stood by and delivered. Thank you Will and the service team at Randy Marion, I really do like my new used car. More
