I took my 2020 Enclave into a scheduled appointment with a video of what was happening. Eventually I (paid),drove off, less than 10 miles up the road it happened again. I returned only to be told they would a video of what was happening. Eventually I (paid),drove off, less than 10 miles up the road it happened again. I returned only to be told they would need my vehicle for a few days to see what was going on. Two days later I returned (paid), drove off, only for the same error to happen. I can honestly say I will NEVER use them again. I was told from the service center that the initial drop off, they "blew that part out with forced air when they should've replaced it." The 2nd time I dropped it off I went to pick it up only to be told I need to leave it so they could drive 30 miles. . .only they drove 41 and again the same error. Randy Marion was paid what they asked for both times. Their customer service was terrible. Even calling, you must listen to the ladies finish giggling before they acknowledge you. And don't be surprised if you get hung up on a time or 2. More
