I had the lift gate motor replaced today. The bill I was shown was $941. When I complained about the cost the service manager took $100 off the labor. I was charged $424 for the motor. After checking prices with two other local Ford dealers I find their prices were $219 = $230. They refuse to refund the difference in cost. What a great experience I had today when I took my car in to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshiel to have the oil changed.
