They patiently helped me pick a vehicle with all the equipment and add-ons I was looking for, and when I picked up my vehicle, they had it fully cleaned, detailed and sparkling! They took the time to walk me through the new features on the vehicle and helped me set up a number of those features to drive away with confidence! What a great experience I had today when I took my car in to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshiel to have the oil changed. Derrick said it would take 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tire pressure, top off the windshield washer fluid and wash my car. After just 1/2 hour Derrick came into announce my car was ready; that was fast! More

Purchased a 2020 Edge. They gave a carfax, the report was positive. He said that he won't let me ruin his day. Then offered me a buy back from $39,000 plus tax title license etc . to $31000 without tax. Very insulting. I was expecting to get an offer of equal value to maybe $500 less what I paid. More

Idiots don't maintain or inspect cars properly. Couldn't even do a damage alignment with out xxxxing the steering column up. These guys are the equivalent of Ray Charles for cars.
