I have used the service department many times at this dealership and I am done! It seems after every visit something else is wrong with my vehicle. This has been to the point that after having an oil l dealership and I am done! It seems after every visit something else is wrong with my vehicle. This has been to the point that after having an oil leak checked and fixed we had to replace our whole engine because oil leaked into the engine. Just today I went in for an oil change. After I left and all the inspection points came back good, my van started overheating. I checked the coolant and there was little to no coolant in there. I had to stop at an auto parts store and buy coolant to replace the low/missing coolant. So after this visit that was the last straw even for an oil change. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not a reflection of the front desk people. They were kind and courteous, but the service department itself has been disappointing More

Brought my CRV in for "after the sale" work and to ask a couple of questions about it. The experience was above expectations as they took the time to explain and show me everything I needed to know.
