Jon did not tell me that my car did not have the BSI. The pricing and fuel economy sheet on the car stated EX-L BD which was not explained to me what that meant. I assumed since I was buying the second top trim it was included. Before I bought the car, I noticed there was a couple of spots on the interior ceiling of the car! Jon told me that they would get it right. He also set up an appt for me on the following Tuesday at 10 am and when I brought the car in no one in the service dept knew what was going on. When they said the car was done I looked at it and it was worse! In addition I had mentioned to Jon there was grease on the sunroof and he said they would get that cleaned up. They failed to do that at all. We were told they would get it right, well they ordered the new ceiling, but it is on backorder. We had asked for a couple of concessions from a phone call we had with Jon on Thursday and still have not heard back yet and it is 2+ days and we have not heard anything. Just a very disappointing experience since we drove the car off the lot on that Saturday morning. In addition, Justin called me "dude" when I said the ceiling was worse. He also made me feel uncomfortable when he touched my shoulder both days I was in the showroom. More
The service department didn't fix the issue they stated they fixed. If a similar situation were to occur, I'd be sure to make sure that individual was properly accommodated.
