I was prepared to dolly my broken down Civic elsewhere. I had my heart set on a VW Tiguan, but I told the mechanics that I was willing to hear about the Honda CR-V. I mean, they have AWD. Randy Kuehl Honda Parts and Service referred me to Trent in Sales. Trent listened to my hopes and dreams to get a Tiguan. We talked about the high cost of maintenance, the low residual value, higher fuel cost and other cons to the Tiguan that I had not thought of. Practicality steered me back to the Honda brand. I test drove the CR-V with Trent. We mapped out the logistics of moving my old car loan to the lease payments and having Honda make a payoff at my bank for me. We also worked together to get to a price that I was willing to pay at a mileage allotment that met my lifestyle. At not point did Trent try to throw a sales pitch at me and prematurely close the sale. I spoke to Mr. Mark Hoyer of Randy Keuhl. He told me that they will definitely beat the price offered by Richardson motors and he told me that the color I needed will be kept ready. Once I go there, Mr. Hoyer, said that he is not able to honour his words and went on to say that why don`t I go to Dubuque only and see if they will honour the internet price. I ultimately went to Richardson Motors and Ryan at Richardson made it an absolute pleasant experience. Of course, I changed my mind to CRV and they gave me a deal as good as the Honda Accord as they promised. I spoke to my friends and they all had poor opinion about Rany Keuhl. More
