Chanin Dirks was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and he listened to me as I worked through my needs and wants. He didn't push, which would have turned me away from him AND Honda. He stayed available by phone or email and was quick at responding to any and all questions...and there were many. He did a great job of explaining everything I needed to know on the car so I can read the manual at my leisure, yet still easily drive in the meantime. I will highly recommend him to others. I think I'm going to like being part of the "Honda Family"! More

This would be our first new car buying experience. We left the lot that day feeling like we had a good idea of the car we would be getting. A week later we test drove the car and left with a spiffy blue brand new Honda Civic. It was a fun experience and Chanin was very friendly and showed us all the neat technology in our car. So if you are looking to get a new Honda Chanin is the man to see. Oh and Philip the finance guy was a rock star too. More

Not any different than any other dealership! Salesman not familiar with the vehicle and did not know how to operate the seats and instruments. New Vehicle had damage when picked up. Our salesman, Trent, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and we had the decision made after looking at only 2 vehicles. The buying process was laid out very clear and easy to understand. I feel fortunate that Trent hooked up with us when we stopped to look at the inventory. The whole experience was much appreciated with one exception. We were told the vehicle was to be "detailed" at time of delivery. The car was not detailed as we know it, but was washed & vacummed. The term "Detailed" should not be used loosely when trying to sell a vehicle, unless it is intended to be just that. There was glue on the mirrors and around the handles, with the engine compartment that had not been cleaned as well. This tells me the car had not been prepped before being placed on the lot to be sold, nor was it detailed prior to pickup as promised. More
