Still good after all these years. After 12 years and 211K miles it was finally time to replace my 2003 Honda Element. I purchased the car at Randy Kuehl Honda and had all the regular maintenance performed there. With 12 years of great experiences with the dealership, that is the first place I went when looking to replace old Blue with a new Honda Pilot. My wife and I met with Adolfo and he was able to find exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a very competitive price. He kept us informed as to the delivery schedule of the vehicle and followed up with us several times after we took delivery to make sure we were satisfied with it. When my wife's car needs replacement in a couple years, we will be back to Randy Kuehl Honda to look for the next one. Hats off to Adolfo and the crew there. More

Over all its good It was good. Went to service station as the battery is drying out, could not find the issue initially and thought it was only a battery issue as the d It was good. Replaced timing belt, break pads, 90000 servicing as the vehicle was there. Performed the above and took the vehicle. It was stopped in the middle of the road and towed it again.We later found that its the issue with alternator.Replaced alternator. But Mike was exceptional during this course. Honda Accord It Is! Randy Kuehl Honda was our last stop, and honestly, I thought it was going to be a waste of time considering I was really liking a Nissan Altima we had Randy Kuehl Honda was our last stop, and honestly, I thought it was going to be a waste of time considering I was really liking a Nissan Altima we had seen at another dealership. However, for the sake of saying I kept my options open, we ended up here. Chanin was the car dealer who came out and greeted us. At first, I didn't think much of him (sorry man), but as our tour of cars progressed I decided he was alright. He definitely knew what he was talking about, but it didn't come out with an annoying sales tactic kind of feel. (That was cool.) Anyway, after our test drive, we left Randy Kuehl Honda to talk about the cars we had seen. And as you can probably figure, we ended up going back to Chanin and now I have an awesome Honda Accord. He made the actual buying process super easy, and his number guy for the day (Brian McDonnell) was quick and efficient too! Thanks guys! I'll never buy a car anywhere else! I recently bought my fourth car from Randy Kuehl Honda. After a string of bad luck (first Honda Civic was totaled in a 30 car pile up, second was tota I recently bought my fourth car from Randy Kuehl Honda. After a string of bad luck (first Honda Civic was totaled in a 30 car pile up, second was totaled in a flash flood), I decided to go with a used Nissan Versa on the lot. After six months of driving the Versa, I decided that I missed the quality and comfort of the Honda Civic. I originally met with Matt Smith to look into trading in the Versa for a 2015 Civic, but he introduced me to the Honda Fit. I was skeptical at first since I absolutely adored both of my Honda Civics, but I ended up going with the Fit and a little over a month later, I'm still in love! Matt was very patient with me while I took some time to think about which car I wanted to purchase and I felt no pressure at all. When I finally made a decision he even delivered my new car to my place of employment because I couldn't make it in before the dealership closed! Talk about going above and beyond! After four purchases I am still referring all of my friends and family to Matt Smith at Randy Kuehl Honda!! More

Actually, "dreading" was an understatement. Enter our salesman Matt Smith who worked with us to find a car that was exactly right, a car we purchased that same visit. Matt was pleasant and there was no pressure to buy, nor any pressure to add extras. Extras and options were made available, but not shoved down our throat like at other dealerships. Because of the no-pressure approach we actually did buy a few amenities for the car, and felt good about it. Other dealerships I've bought from were obnoxious. Buying from Matt Smith was the best car buying experience we've ever had. As a result we will purchase from this dealership, specifically Matt, again. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks! More
