I had the pleasure of working with Trent Pearson who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has a good sense of humor. He responded quickly to my follow up questions - both phone and email - and his expertise helped me choose the right car for me. There were no high pressure tactics, and I felt Trent worked very hard to get me a great deal on the Accord. I would definitely recommend Trent to anyone looking to purchase a car. Made my day I was very nervous to buy a car on my own, but the people who greeted me and walked me through the process were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous to buy a car on my own, but the people who greeted me and walked me through the process were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, let me explore the car and made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process. They gave me the time and space I needed in order to make my decision. I highly recommend this place, the employees care about their customers' opinions and they took my opinions into consideration. The service department does not respect the customer's time. We scheduled an appointment to get an alignment on our Honda Accord. My wife dropped off the car at 9:20 AM. They had not looked at it when we calle We scheduled an appointment to get an alignment on our Honda Accord. My wife dropped off the car at 9:20 AM. They had not looked at it when we called a 3:00 PM. They called at 3:30 PM and told my wife "it definitely needs an alignment, but the machine is broken". According to them, the machine was broken the day before, so it would have been nice to have called us, or maybe even say something when we dropped it off. We won't be back. More
