After not finding what I wanted, I called Randy Kuehl and ended up talking with Tim Carson to find out if all their inventory was listed online. He said it was and they didn't have what I wanted. Twenty minutes later he called back and said that a lady (turns out it was his godmother!) traded in her Honda Civic manual. Because of a previous bad experience I had with ANOTHER dealership (a few months back) I was really nervous. Tim wasn't pushy or rude. He put me at ease within a short period of time. I am sensitive to fragrances and Tim worked with me so that the only detailing that was done on the car was with water and vacuuming. Being on a tight budget I could only afford a certain amount. I couldn't go any higher and Tim went to bat several times for me so that my out the door price was what I could afford. I'm grateful and feel blessed that I got Tim as a salesman. He is the only salesman I would suggest to someone else! Thanks Tim! :) More

By the time I showed up, he had found the perfect car for me - he's the car matchmaker, I swear. I test drove one car, and Chanin showed me some other options about what would be best suited for me. He worked beside me to make sure that the process would go as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Even though he's in sales, Chanin still answered questions regarding other aspects of the company to the best of his ability. If he didn't know an answer, he would find out instead of tossing you a thought up answer. Chanin is very professional. Although I've already driven my car off the lot, Chanin is still there to help with any questions I may have regarding my recent purchase. Overall, a great experience. However, with the sales happening at the time, we were able to put the same down payment on a NEW Accord with the Sport trim. The car is beautiful, running great (about a week later) and it was a great experience. The initial price of the Sport was just out of our price range, but with the helpful staff we were able to quickly find something that worked. More
