New car purchase I had a great experience buying a new car. I wanted a very specific make, model, and color and it was difficult to find. After a broad 8 state search, I had a great experience buying a new car. I wanted a very specific make, model, and color and it was difficult to find. After a broad 8 state search, and realizing no one had exactly what I wanted, we ordered the car to be built from factory. In the meantime, a search continued to find what I wanted in case another dealership had one earlier. In the end, I had to wait for the factory build, but I was frequently updated and new exactly how the process was progressing. Overall, great experience and team! I will say I felt a little bit of undue pressure to purchase some of the protective or service packages, but that did not negatively impact my overall experience. Because I had to order from factory a very popular car model, there wasn't wiggle room on the price and I ended up paying MSRP, but I guess that's just how things go sometimes. Would have been nice to get a little bit of a deal or maybe one of those service packages thrown in, but I also wasn't very aggressive about asking for anything either. I would definitely use them again in the future! More

Worst Car Purchase Experience Ever Purchased a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L with 57,000 miles sales man said he would try to provide service record then said to much personal information in r Purchased a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L with 57,000 miles sales man said he would try to provide service record then said to much personal information in record then said would call previous owner. I wanted to know what services where done & needed to be done at 60,000 mile service. When drove car home noticed bad vibration in front wheels. Made appointment for tire rebalance & was completed and out come was same the right front tire had 3.25 o.z. weight on wheel for it to be balanced after rebalance was almost the same way to much. I found out that this car had wrong tires installed on car they are Uniroyal Tiger Paw 225/50R17 94T speed rating which is wrong this car requires a V speed Rated tire a T tire is only rated for up to I think 94 mph the dealership did not sell & install tires but they did not catch that they were wrong tires . I found this out through the company that I buy my michelin tires from by the way I think they are best tires by far. I value my saftey & others on the road as for others not sure. Also financing went form 2.4% at purchase then went to sign paper work it was 2.9%. What I would tell anyone know what I know about car buying get total cost before signing know what service where done & need to be done . Have it inspected do your research on vehicle hope you all have better luck then me because I need it. More
