He stuck with me as I asked him questions over the course of a few days, as I wanted to know everything before I made the big decision. He was very patient with me and made me feel NO PRESSURE, very rare in the fast pace world of sales. It became apparent after visiting a few other dealerships that this dealership was the one I wanted to work with. No rebates, no hidden costs, no fake promises, no hard ball, no over promises, no middle manager, just honest and integrity combined with hard work. I was suprised when I told him the number I wanted pay per month and they came up with a number far lower than I expected. The other dealerships I visited all came up with numbers over the budget I had set for myself and made me feel very pressured into making a decision. I got a beautiful new 2017 Honda Civic Lx Sedan and had fun - yes, FUN, talking with everyone along the way from Tim to the manager, to the financial officer. We've always been a Honda family, my first car being a civic coupe and my second car being a CRV, but I think the fact that they locally owned and operated really makes a difference.
