FYI… They were all within easy reach for a person who is only 5’2” on a good day. I am not proficient with my smart phone. My daughter just updated my flip phone to a smart phone a couple of months ago, because she said I had to have one. Chanin setup my Bluetooth connection before I left the dealership so I would be able to use the phone’s map feature to find my way to my daughter’s place. She lives in town and well, I don’t. I would definitely go back to Randy Kuehl Honda. More

Drove it - liked it - wanted it - but while our trade-in was being appraised (this included an overnight trip home to get it) a different sales person sold "our" car to someone else.. Steve Lord, our salesman was super. He quietly let me vent my frustration and got the manager to work with us. I eventually agreed to let him show me a new 2017 Touring. We got together on the price. Bryce the finance man was also good to work with. More

HORRIBLE way to do business Jason! DISAPOINTED! Oh and Forgot to mention, the day before my purchase I went online and qualified for 0.9% , but ended up with 1.99%. Makes me wonder if I should have brought in a male companion with me for this purchase, maybe I wouldn't have been taken advantage off! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership! More
