Ok. Felt speeded through on day of car pick up. I had initially called in with questions and talked with a salesman I really liked on the phone. So when I went in, and I believe I had an appointment, I was given another salesman. This was ok. Looking at cars, options, test drive all ok. I didn’t focus on price maybe as much as I should have due to Randy Kuehl notoriety of not dealing. On the day we picked up car, salesman didn’t seem in a good space and I felt he rushed us (my daughter along). We asked for a colored brochure of the CRV and said you didn’t have one. Another salesman spoke up and said they could order us one. Have never gotten. Seemed rushed to go over car and get us on way. Never mentioned the roadside assisstance Coverage. I did see it on the drivers side door window at home and then got a brochure about. He did program in radio stations. As I’m old, I barely know what blue ray is and I have a flip phone. Almost wish I’d gotten the Suburu so I could play my CDs. I really miss the CD player. My previous car was a 2002 CRV and it was so much better. ie the visibility out windows better, more room in front seat (the middle now filled up), the back up camera is almost worthless. Besides limited viewing area, if the sun shining you can’t see the screen, you still have to look out all directions so adds one more thing to watch as you’re trying to back up. Also the 2 nd week I had car, the shift lever would not move out of park. But the owner’s guide had written up how to get it out of that. But the pic and schematics are so poor quality in the owners guide you can’t figure out what they’re trying to show you-something with a screwdriver. So if it’s such a big problem they have to put in owners guide, why don’t they address and rectify. And the owners guide is so bad compared to my old 2002 book which had clearer directions and graphs. But I bought the Honda for its reliability hoping for as good service from this 2018. Thank you. More
