On a Friday afternoon I must have hit something on the freeway and damaged a piece on the undercarriage of my car. I was absolutely panicked. Being from out of state, I did not know where to go and who would possibly fit me in on a Saturday with an unknown car diagnosis. I always go to the same place in my home town but being in a different state, I wanted to go somewhere where they would know what to do. Ray and Chris in the service and parts department went above and beyond for me. They saw my car same day, helped me to understand what happened (in normal person language), they were able to remove the part and give me the exact piece number to order from my local dealership. They did all of this for me knowing that I would not be using them for my repair. My car was ready so fast and they were so kind through the entire process. If I lived in Cedar Rapids, I would never take my car anywhere else. Again, Chris and Ray, thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping me in a very stressful situation. More

Great Experience I had my 2015 Odyssey van in for a regular service. The service department asked me if there was anything else that needed to be checked out or if I I had my 2015 Odyssey van in for a regular service. The service department asked me if there was anything else that needed to be checked out or if I had any questions. They were very friendly and helpful along with fast service. They answered my questions and the one they couldn't answer as a possible warranty issue (very minor) they are going to checkout and get back to me. Good group of guys! More
