I purchased an 07 Civic Si one year ago and had some troubles then with their service department which was never really rectified at that time. Recently I had to have a key programmed for the vehicle and after a serious disappointment with them 2 weeks ago I am updating my review. At that time when I first took my vehicle in to have the key programmed I had an appointment scheduled for 1 p.m. they said it would take 1 hour and when I returned at 2:06 p.m. my vehicle had not been looked at. So I left the dealership with the intention of not working with them again. Later on Paul the manager of the service department contacted me with an apology and expressed a desire to make things right with my most recent experience. He was very courteous and accommodating to me, and the second experience was much more positive than the first. The programming did not take as long as I was initially informed so that was a pleasant surprise but a little confusing. It seems that if they don't get it right at Randy kuehl the first time, they will make an effort to make it right in the end. I would have preferred to have things done right the first time but there is an enduring quality to their desire for redemption. More
