Overall the quality of the work and timeliness of the work is fine, While the service attendants are competent, I think the culture of customer service is average at best. [except for the drivers -- I always find them to be friendly and engaging] I'm always surprised how little the people in the service area seem to appreciate my business... minimal thank yous or event a good morning and smile... just basics of good customer services. Other places are well above ... The best experience I've had in recent years is with sales - Breck is a great sales person... friendly and always remembers me. thank you for asking for my feedback. jk More

However, I knew I wanted a Honda, and this dealership was highly rated on various websites and I am a first time buyer with little knowledge of cars. However, I knew I wanted a Honda, and this dealership was highly rated on various websites and recommended by colleges. I was looking for a used CRV and Jeff helped me look through and test drive their wide variety. When I was indecisive on which one fit me, he suggested leasing. I had a lot of questions about both options and he broke it down and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand. When it came down to deciding if I should buy or lease, he laid out both payment plans for me. This made my decision much easier because I knew my needs were in his best interest, as he did not try to persuade me one way or the other. I am so grateful for his help and determination to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The whole team was so patient and friendly with all of the questions I had for them.
