This dealership held my car an additional day as payment was made but the cashier did not forward the payment information to the service department. This was only the 2nd oil change I have had with my Honda purchase of Feb 2019 and it went better than the last. I do not easily forget that the filter had not been changed during the servicing of it before I bought it and that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth--just to clear the air about previous experiences. The time waiting was pleasant in the new building, the building was clean, and employees were easy to work with. I was told that they couldn't wash my vehicle because it was raining at the time??? Barely sprinkling when I left the building. Thank you, again, for the offer of free oil change to health care workers. Yes, I am exposed to Covid 5-10 times every day I go to work for the last 6 months. I appreciate the kindness of oil changes for us. (your old address is at the top of this survey) More
