Sent a message online about a car. Within moments I got a response from Breck. Schedule a time to come look at a specific car. Breck showed me a better car that was newer for a great price. I am a father of 3 so I had a list of things to do before we made our decision. I texted Breck later on in the day and told him what I was going to provide and what we had to do to make the deal work. The staff at the dealership had it setup in no time and just waited for me to show up. I bet money that you cannot show me another dealer who understands how hard it is to deal with a family and squeeze in a car purchase. I test drove 3 vehicles in 20 minutes with Breck only explaining pricing and difference in each vehicle ( not a previous Honda owner.) I then came back in the dealer and had all of my paperwork signed and keys in my hand within 30 minutes. Now that's a record. If you're interested in this vehicle you NEED to get it NOW or it will be gone. As you know there is a microchip shortage and you NEED to move NOW. We didn't like this aggressive approach and Jon Dugan's approach basically said the same thing but in a much better manner. When we are ready to buy we will reach out to Jon Dugan to make our purchase. We will NOT deal with McGrath in the future. More
