We were on a 1,000-mile road trip/vacation when our late model Ridgeline flashed a warning light about possible transmission problems. The torque converter on the transmission had failed. The Randy Kuehl service team jumped into action, secured a factory-rebuilt transmission and completed the repair in a very timely manner. We were kept updated on the repairs.
