We want to thank Jeff Moss for working with us to get the 2022 Ridgeline. He is the best and very easy to work with. He took time to answer all the questions we had and did not push anything that was not in 2022 Ridgeline. He is the best and very easy to work with. Not customer focused. Can't manage a schedule and just expect customers to wait a long time even with an appointment. Lied and said they would get the service started. Then 45+ minutes later still hadn't expect customers to wait a long time even with an appointment. Lied and said they would get the service started. Then 45+ minutes later still hadn't even pulled the vehicle to start. Always have a bad experience here. More
