My initial experience was great, I gave them stellar reviews. 8 days later I’m stuck a half hour from home with a Honda Certified car that won’t move. I called the dealership to ask where to have the ca reviews. 8 days later I’m stuck a half hour from home with a Honda Certified car that won’t move. I called the dealership to ask where to have the car towed and was told I had to talk to my salesman. I was hung up on and called again and redirected to the service department. They hung up on me twice. I finally got ahold of my husband and he actually got people to talk to him. To inform him that the salesman they kept patching me through to wasn’t even working that day. We paid to have the car towed home. The next day my husband called, because clearly nobody was going to give me any answers. They came and picked up the car and returned it to the dealership. During the rigorous inspection that my car was supposed to have gone through, the braking system was overlooked. The brake caliper had come apart, the bolt lodged in the wheel, wrapped the emergency brake around it, blew the tire and ruined the rim. If I had been driving this car on a highway or interstate it would’ve been disastrous. 6 days later we have not received a call from anyone. The car is still there and all we know is that parts aren’t delivered on Fridays. I don’t want this car, I don’t trust the car or the dealership. Most men don’t think twice about women being treated badly by businesses until it’s their wife that’s stranded away from home and those are the people that are supposed to help her. More
