He talked almost exclusively to my son and not to me. When I discussed a vehicle at another dealership, he insinuated that the other dealership would not be taking as good care of their used cars. As a single female, I don’t appreciate having to bring a xxxxx with me to be taken seriously! As soon as I told the finance person I didn’t want the extra protection he raced through the papers so quickly, I could barely keep up with what he was saying! This dealership had the car I wanted at the price I was good with, but there was very little else to recommend this dealership! More
