For my first time buying a brand new car I would say it was an amazing one! Previously, I bought a newer used car. The woman at that dealership lied to me about the car numerous times and I could tell she was an amazing one! Previously, I bought a newer used car. During this car buying experience, I first went to another dealership where I test drove a 2022 Honda Accord Sport. I had a trade in and was hoping to get my trade in valued to estimate my ability to buy this car. Essentially, because my boyfriend wasn’t with me they wouldn’t talk numbers. I was honestly annoyed, but I left. We then went to Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids and my boyfriend test drove the same car! He loved it and we purchased it same day. I worked with Jeff and he was super helpful and not pushy what-so-ever. He helped us get the trade in value we wanted to make this car more affordable! When I went to pick up my car today Jeff got in with me and helped me get all my settings established. He helped me get my phone connected and all my safety features set up. I was beyond impressed with the true customer service and kindness without being pushy. I would recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to anyone. Also, I am loving my 2022 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid!!! If you are needing a new Honda, this is your spot. More

Being a first time car buyer, this was the best experience I could have hoped for! Chris clearly explained details and features of the vehicles we looked at. We originally thought we would go with one of our banks, but Kuehl's was able to acquire a better loan! They were nice enough and I was provided with a loaner vehicle which I really appreciated. However, the service writer (David) was a poor listener and had great difficulty accurately reflecting my concer vehicle which I really appreciated. However, the service writer (David) was a poor listener and had great difficulty accurately reflecting my concerns on the work order. He completely missed one so it was not addressed. He did not seem to have basic knowledge of some of the functions of the vehicle. A second service adviser was not very helpful, either. John G. overheard my question and was able to answer it, so I appreciated that. I live an hour away and will not return here for service. More
