Ford gave me the reward points for purchasing a new ford bronco and then took them away in less than two weeks later. When I asked about the finance director person states that happens when they give a disc bronco and then took them away in less than two weeks later. When I asked about the finance director person states that happens when they give a discount on the maintenance plan but the finance advisor is suppose to inform the buyer of this. I told him that never happened, he assured me that he would watch the video and get back with me, to this day I have not ever heard back from him!!! This is a shame because we have purchased several new vehicle from planet ford on 59. This may lead us to take our business elsewhere. More
