I really miss Amanda but Kelli has really stepped up to fill her shoes. My only realy comlaint with service right is that my information keeps getting handed to the sales department. My review is based on the service and follow up by your service writer Kelli.. she is simply amazing! I will bring my vehicles in to your dealership simply because of her. Ford gave me the reward points for purchasing a new ford bronco and then took them away in less than two weeks later. When I asked about the finance director person states that happens when they give a disc bronco and then took them away in less than two weeks later. When I asked about the finance director person states that happens when they give a discount on the maintenance plan but the finance advisor is suppose to inform the buyer of this. I told him that never happened, he assured me that he would watch the video and get back with me, to this day I have not ever heard back from him!!! This is a shame because we have purchased several new vehicle from planet ford on 59. This may lead us to take our business elsewhere. More

I had 2 recalls on my Lincoln Navigator. I called Planet Lincoln & could not have them help me because they were very busy. I called Randall Reed Ford and Kelli Campbell asked the service li I called Planet Lincoln & could not have them help me because they were very busy. I called Randall Reed Ford and Kelli Campbell asked the service line & told I could have the recall done there with help. She was amazing. She gave me the Road Side Assistant 800 number & within 2 hours from calling Kelli my Lincoln Navigator was at Randall Reed Ford. Kelli called me & updated me all through the repair process.
