This last service I had done, was great no problems, service personnel were all very friendly and cordial. prior experiences not so much. Just getting oil changed was a hassle. Even if I had made an app service personnel were all very friendly and cordial. prior experiences not so much. Just getting oil changed was a hassle. Even if I had made an appointment, was told by one service person appointment really didn’t mean anything I would probably have to wait 2 or 3 hours . The guy was rude and obviously really didn’t care. Made fill like once we sold you the vehicle, now we’re gonna treat you like crap. I was done with planet ford, I started to leave and thankfully services manager Samantha Frank stepped in and took care of me every time after that , she was great to work with. I would have given 5 stars for my last service, but given the totality of all my experiences I gave 4. More

Poor communication, lack in customer support, and dissatisfied with time management. Surprised that there was no regard for customers time. In the past I’ve had nothing but good things to say.
