He told me he would have a car ready for me on Tuesday but wasted my time that day. Went home and waited to hear back from him Thursday or Friday and not even a voicemail or a loaner. Apparently, the Ford tech figured out how to fix my overheating vehicle that is unsafe to drive bc it dies on the side of the road if I go over 65 mph. You think that someone would take responsibility for selling a vehicle that is unsafe to drive but oh well nobody cares. Anywho. - Tim never called me to get me a loaner. For someone that has figured out how to fix the problem she as xxxx likes to take their sweet xxx time. Hopefully, some changes start but I’ve been waiting since 2020 and I still get treated like nobody cares about my vehicle or my well-being. - Martin had no words to say after I texted him. - 2023 FORD ESCAPE OVERHEATING. CANT GO OVER 65 MPH - and if I do the car goes into limp mode. Try to tell me that isn’t safe when you are stuck on a bridge that only has one lane. No big deal right? Not your life. - I will never buy a Ford again. Fool me twice shame on me. - but I guess I was hoping for a different outcome this time around. But nope. The 2020 Ford Escape was lemon and now a 2023 Ford Escape is unsafe to drive. Also, Tim is not a very good service guy. - he doesn’t care about me. Working with staff was good big issue is had my car for a week and it was out side. It was returned extremely dirty. The least the dealership could have done is run it through the car wash prior to return week and it was out side. It was returned extremely dirty. Service took over three weeks. We did not have a vehicle during that time. They did not offer to give us a replacement vehicle. It is like they stuffed our van in a parking stall too close to other vehicles and were careless about opening and closing doors against the side of our vehicle. More

I brought my truck in or some warranty items that I needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 wee needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 weeks to complete that when I picked up my truck and arrived at my house, there was overspray on my back window and molding. I had to take it back and have them fix that. Also in service when they did the oil change, they did not do the tire rotation so I brought it in the following week to do that and the tech did not read the paperwork correctly and did another oil change and he left a mess under my truck oil has leaked on my driveway and I’m trying to clean my driveway at this time. I’ve called the service person. Danielle and I have not received a reply. More
