Good & Bad service I went in for a oil change and some routine maintenance. They told me I needed a new belt and would do it while servicing the vehicle. Waited around I went in for a oil change and some routine maintenance. They told me I needed a new belt and would do it while servicing the vehicle. Waited around and after a few hrs they said the belt was lost and it would be another hour to get it from another location again. After skipping it at that point their checkout service would not work. Stood around for another 20min until they just did a paper authorization. Then they charged my credit card twice. Usually this location has good service but they definitely have to tighten things up. More

Drove across to service, waited outside for service advisor, after 5 minutes, went inside and found 3 service advisors at their desks and 1 assisting a customer. Approached Ms. Jones and presented her with the Ford recall letter. She said I would have to come back on Monday (it was Friday morning) at 7 am and leave my vehicle there for a day. Unhappy with the service, I went to another Ford dealership, one that is not associated with Randall Reed's Ford dealerships and the recall job was done that same day within 2 hours. More
