Sad performance I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 day I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 days. They also did some recall work during this time. One of the recalls was to work on the door mechanism. 2 days after I got it back I found one of my back doors would not open from the inside. I found a part they had taken out of my door under the back seat. I took the door panel off and found the door mechanism cable was not connected. I did this myself as I have no confidence in Planet Ford service. More
Fixed a problem that another dealer did not. I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More

Service was great. Took quite a while due to a back log of vehicles waiting in the diagnoses portion of the visit. Seems there is a limited amount of compute was great. Wonderful service except Nick Lang is amazing he really takes care of your customers he is very busy but I understand that is what is takes. Safety Recall We were notified of a recall on our 2013 Explorer. It did take a couple of weeks for the part to be in stock but that is understandable.
