4 hours for a oil change. Was told it would take 2 hours. The worker is slow and on his cell phone. Unacceptable. It took o er 2 hours for my truck to get into service bay. Nick and Lorena provided me with excellent customer service while my expedition was in their service department for some repairs! They always get everything done in a timely manner! Brake service The service department opens at 7am and I had an Uber bring me to drop me off so I could pick up my truck. Went in for my regular oil change at about 0830 on Friday 11/01/2019, was told there was a 90 min wait (those always stink, lol) but it needed to get done so this gave me plenty of time to charge my phone, c 11/01/2019, was told there was a 90 min wait (those always stink, lol) but it needed to get done so this gave me plenty of time to charge my phone, check emails, eat breakfast, etc. 1000 came around, they came outside to get my keys and pull my truck up to start working on it...talk about a spot on wait time right! 🙂 Everything was taken care of fairly fast and professionally as always which is why I'll pay the extra money to have all of my services performed at Randall Reed Planet Ford in Humble! 👌 All the guys there were super helpful & friendly but big shout out to Mrs. Lyndi and Mrs. Rosie for going above and beyond, making my time there that day totally worth it! 🎉😁👍 More

Worse dealership experience ever!I brought my truck in Worse dealership! I brought my truck in for two recalls and it took them a MONTH to get it done because they couldn’t seem to fix the problem correc Worse dealership! I brought my truck in for two recalls and it took them a MONTH to get it done because they couldn’t seem to fix the problem correctly! The FIRST time when they were supposedly done I searched it completely to make sure nothing was broken or taken and sure enough my cup holder insert was missing and when I brought it to their attention they asked me if I was sure it was in there when I dropped it off as if I was lying!!! Of course it was in there when I brought it in! They ordered me a new one but then I turned my radio on and my display screen wouldn’t come on! So then I had to leave it there AGAIN so that they can fix my radio (took them two MORE weeks). I get my truck back and I check everything out before I leave and everything seemed good until I leave the dealership and my transmission started to mess up! I had to once AGAIN take it back to have them fix it! This is my work truck so I had to miss out on work for their stupidity! I will never use this dealership nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. More
