They wanted me to buy a battery, when I told him my battery it’s under warranty at AutoZone. Story short three days in the dealership and nothing. Left messages no calls back More

Oil Change - Check Engine Light August 02, 2019: I took my 2017 Platinum Ford Explorer in for a oil change at Planet 🌎 Ford on 59. Oil change is FREE per my maintenance agreement, N August 02, 2019: I took my 2017 Platinum Ford Explorer in for a oil change at Planet 🌎 Ford on 59. Oil change is FREE per my maintenance agreement, No Problem! There is a hour wait, No Problem. I looked around at all the new vehicles in stock. Great 👍! They finally come get me after about 2 hours. Your SUV is ready, however the Check Engine Light is on now, wasn’t on when I brought it in. Service writer told me I could bring it back after the weekend to have it checked out. It would take all day and would cost a little over $400.. I was not satisfied with that so I left. I have a mechanic I’ve been using for 30 years. I told him the history, I asked for him to check it for me. I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE, THE OIL SENSOR WAS THE CAUSE OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! Coincidence maybe but I don’t think so. My point of this review is to tell everyone to get a SECOND OPINION or DIAGNOSIS if something does not seem right,after all it’s your money 💰 and your vehicle. Conclusion: There was nothing wrong with my Explorer and I didn’t waste a day & $400 for nothing. Hope this helps someone else. No employee names mentioned because I don’t know who did the oil change. Thanks RC McGee More
