I purchased a new car in May of 22 and it was time to schedule for its first maintenance in November. I tried to get a time scheduled which took 3 months to do so and only when I contacted the manager w schedule for its first maintenance in November. They had to fix some things that were bad from delivery of the vehicle in May. I also had to have the oil changed and there was a scratch on the car that I didn't know how it got there. I purchased the highest level of maintenance for this vehicle which I was told scratches would be covered. Come to find out they were not. The vehicle sat at the dealership for 6 weeks and 4 of those weeks there was nothing going on with the vehicle and no response from anyone. I would not take my car back for service to this dealerships since they had such poor communication and there lack of keeping the customer informed. More
I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. This was my first oil change with my new car. When I arrived no one spoke to me. I made an appointment as I was told to do, but when I got there I was told it was first come first serve for oil changes and that the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I finally went to get a status on the oil change to find out my car was done and had been for the past 30 minutes. They handed me my keys, did not give me any update on car, said the car was outside and I could leave. I get outside to find my car blocked in by 5 other cars. It was ridiculous! More
Randall Reeds Planet Ford 59 has been one of the best dealerships I've dealt with. I purchased 1 vehicle here so far, and assisted my brother in acquiring his vehicle. the sales team has been great, real dealerships I've dealt with. I purchase vehicles about every two years and will be returning in the short term when its time to purchase again. Tim Znidarsic is my go to guy for service. I really appreciate the fact that he isn't like other service advisors that try to sell you service that you really don't need. For instance last summer, Tim was not available to assist me when I dropped my truck off, and the advisor that helped me, called trying to sell me a throttle body cleaning, and an alignment, when the truck had less than 20k on it. I had just recently had a leveling kit installed less than 2k miles prior, which included the alignment. More
Planet Ford recently performed a recall service on my 2018 Ford Edge. Their service was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with, especially Tim in the Service Dept., was pleasant and efficient.
