Service in vehicle for simple item took several days before diagnostics were even done. Also had to bring car back again and suffer through the same wait. Service took over three weeks. We did not have a vehicle during that time. They did not offer to give us a replacement vehicle. When we finally got our vehicle back there were multiple dents on both sides of the vehicle that were not there previously. It is like they stuffed our van in a parking stall too close to other vehicles and were careless about opening and closing doors against the side of our vehicle. More
I brought my truck in or some warranty items that I needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 wee needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 weeks to complete that when I picked up my truck and arrived at my house, there was overspray on my back window and molding. I had to take it back and have them fix that. Also in service when they did the oil change, they did not do the tire rotation so I brought it in the following week to do that and the tech did not read the paperwork correctly and did another oil change and he left a mess under my truck oil has leaked on my driveway and I’m trying to clean my driveway at this time. I’ve called the service person. Danielle and I have not received a reply. More
