Please refer to your REF No. 0445102417 to John by me on 8/29 via phone @ 800-392-3673. Any help would be appreciated the dealer "Randel Reed/Planet Ford" is a Very Bad representative of your company.The GM on down make promisses they DO NOT keep. If you really care about your public image please contact me. I have been in contact over & over, spent many hours of frustrating time on the phone & at the dealer. More
