I posted my desired options online with USAA car buying service and Ian with Planet Ford in Humble, Texas call me, we went there the same day and was driving home in the new 2020 Ford Explorer LTD 4 hours later. Great Team of professionals out at Planet Ford. The finance Rep, Ian (Salesman), and the gentlemen that went over every functional aspect of the vehicle. Service drive Was left standing at the desk while the service writer arranged papers, he never acknowledged my presence. Sad performance I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 day I brought my truck in for warranty work and it was there for 4 days. No one contacted me, I had to call for updates. It ended up being there for 9 days. They also did some recall work during this time. One of the recalls was to work on the door mechanism. 2 days after I got it back I found one of my back doors would not open from the inside. I found a part they had taken out of my door under the back seat. I took the door panel off and found the door mechanism cable was not connected. I did this myself as I have no confidence in Planet Ford service. More
