Excellent Customer Service the 2020 Ford Explorer limited was the vehicle of choice and it was a task to find one that had all the options we were looking for. Planet Ford made that task simple as a phone call. I posted my desired options online with USAA car buying service and Ian with Planet Ford in Humble, Texas call me, we went there the same day and was driving home in the new 2020 Ford Explorer LTD 4 hours later. Great Team of professionals out at Planet Ford. The finance Rep, Ian (Salesman), and the gentlemen that went over every functional aspect of the vehicle. These guys have earned my respect with absolutely no haggling at all. this was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought. Thanks Planet Ford! More

The personal help to me by the courtesy shuttle drivers and the fact that this service is available is noteworthy in itself. Amanda's persistence with American Auto Shield, my extended warranty provider is a credit to her and I appreciate those efforts very much.
