My salesman David Harrison did an outstanding job working with me to make a deal that met my family’s needs. Kelli Campbell is a Rock Star in your corner. We ALWAYS ask for her when we have an issue with any of our Planet Ford purchased vehicles. She has our utmost respect for her honesty and integrity We ALWAYS ask for her when we have an issue with any of our Planet Ford purchased vehicles. She has our utmost respect for her honesty and integrity while still being true to her role as service advisor. She stays focused and has great communication skills, this last visit was for a new set of tires. Even though one of your nearby competitors still gave a lower overall price for the tires, you must factor in the value of great customer service and the pleasant follow up calls from Kelli to “just check in on us” she even followed up to inquire about my husbands recent hospital stay. THAT is proof that we are more than apart of her paycheck. That’s just being a genuine good person. More
