Great people so just be patient. They have to highball you at first then bring you slowly down to where you want to be on cost and payments so you feel like you got a good deal. It took all day for us to get to the price we could agree on. The guy in the fi ance office was most helpful in our understanding of what we wanted. Pogo was our sales guy and it was his first day so he was paired with Guy and they both did their job well. We left in a new Ford Explorer. More
