They remove my engine cover and never replaced it. now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. Every time my oil is changed they do not tighten the heat shield and the now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover. The Mobile Service for the recall on my Ford Fusion was wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had been to Planet Ford on 2 separate occ wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had been to Planet Ford on 2 separate occasions and it was going to take 5 days to complete the recall work on my call. I thought this was unacceptable. I told the Service Department that I had to drive my grandchild to school. The only reason that I was able to get the recall work done was because of the Mobile Service. It was a Do Not Drive Recall.
