Steve is the best! I wanted to write about the wonderful treatment I received in the service department when servicing my certified pre-owned V60 this week. Steve Coro I wanted to write about the wonderful treatment I received in the service department when servicing my certified pre-owned V60 this week. Steve Coronato coordinated everything and made sure my car was well taken care of, including offering to wash it for me himself when I returned for pick up and it had not yet been washed. I bought the car used and discovered after picking it up that the passenger seat did not move. A few other details needed to be fixed, as well. Steve got me into a courtesy car and was patient and responsive to all of my questions. He worked diligently to get the needed part and was communicative with me along the way. He has previously serviced my cars with great care and personal investment. Steve is a big reason why I would never not drive a Volvo.
